Our cleaning teams receive routine cleanroom training (ISO 14644:2005, cGMP, etc.) and pass our Valcon Cleaning Tests every quarter. We strongly believe that investing in our team's continued education enables our teams to provide superior service and ensures that your cleanrooms are held to the highest standard. 

Valcon Engineering takes compliance very seriously. 

To prevent any mishandling of sensitive equipment during cleanings or with any of our other Cleanroom Management Services, our Valcon Engineering Senior Engineers will walk our cleaning teams through your cleanrooms to ensure all parties understand your unique processes and technical equipment.  

Valcon Engineering wants to ensure that any of our teams working within your cleanrooms have the context to confirm everything is properly operational. 

Incidents that can affect your cleanroom can occur at any time. We train our teams on how to respond, document, and resolve issues that may arise while we are onsite. 

One day everything is working as expected and the next day there is a water leak entering and contaminating your cleanroom. 

You will not need to worry because our teams are trained to handle these types of situations. Our emergency protocols will alert the owners, assess the situation, try to resolve the problem, and draft the proper incident reports. 

Our teams will stay involved with you to assist in closing out any open incidents.
